Hi Everyone!  This week has been busy for me as I am planning for an annual show called the Earth Spirit Expo, a beautiful holistic event that focuses on the Body Mind and Spirit Connection...right up my alley!  More to come about that in the next week as I will be unveiling some new products there. 

So while running back and forth with the kids and their activities on my day off (ok, what day off!) I almost for got to post our second winner!  Yikes!

Some New Items...

Some new items since I have been busy preparing for kitties and trying to find my way around myself lately.  Thanks for all of your encouraging words...I appreciate them more than you can imagine.  I have made my decision...I must find my right livelihood through my own hands and for my own self.  Now, I have to plan and get my "ducks in a row" so that I can make this dream of mine a reality.  So, for now, enjoy some new pics...they are yet untitled and unpriced.  If you would like, send me some names and maybe I'll use your suggestion....you never know it might be worth your while :)

  I will post about the kitties very soon, so check back in a day or two...I'm sure that there will be plenty to talk about :)

New Items for a New Year

Today is my birthday.  38.  The number doesn't scare me, even as it inches closer to the infamous 4-oh.  A small blessing is that I don't have to "work" today and the day is my own...after I renew my license, go grocery shopping and send out a few orders.  As my "middle life" approaches, I find that the person that I have become is better than I had ever dreamed of.

There are many reasons to celebrate this year, one of which is the launch of my new website.  Although the marketplaces on which I sell have looked kindly on me, I still felt a need to have a place of my own.  It has turned out beautifully and I am sure that it will grow and evolve as my designs do as well.  If you have a chance, check it out here....  http://kasiablue.com/  And, a big thanks to Lynda of Exquisite Expressions for all of her hard work.  It has turned out just lovely :)

I have always been captivated by the way that light plays through a prism or glass, causing milllions of sparkles and rainbows to come about. I do suppose, that this was the first inkling of my love affair with gemstones and the like.

I don't know why I have resisted my desires for so long.

So, go ahead, look at the way that light plays off of different surfaces. Discover the way that rainbows of color form in the most unusual of places. Open your eyes to a kaleidoscope of color.

The Earring Binge

As you can see, this is what I just had to make yesterday. I still haven't picked a favorite...and I'm not sure that I really have to :) It is a binge after all! So have 1, 2,5, 30...who cares. The only thing hung over would be your checkbook.
